Allie Barkmeier is a strategist, educator, and career development advisor whose work blends relational insight with forward momentum. Along with founding Plot & Purpose Co., she has worked in consulting at Deloitte, taught at the university level, supported corporate talent strategy, and led professional development initiatives at a national firm. She’s also trained as a lawyer and has advised on curriculum design across sectors.

Allie holds degrees from Gettysburg College, Georgetown Law, and Indiana University, where she earned her MFA. Currently, she is particularly passionate about helping early professionals not just get hired—but stand out, grow, and drive their own careers from day one.
